Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

- Un-used or sealed products with valid proof (e.g., receipt or invoice) within 7 days of purchase
- You received a damaged, expired, or incorrect product.
- The product was not delivered within a reasonable timeframe (Inside Dhaka 5 Days, Outside Dhaka 15 Days.
- A valid cancellation was made before dispatch.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products, the following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items returned without original packaging, receipt or invoice

  • If the purchased product was held onto for more than seven days

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 business days of return or cancellation confirmation.

Exchange

An exchange is possible if the product meets the Refund Policy Eligibility criteria. Prices can vary depending on the product you may need to add more.
