Computer Operator

Responsibilities
- Product Knowledge – Maintain thorough knowledge of Products, their uses, dosages, and side effects.
- Inventory & Stock Control
- Data Entry: Logging newly delivered stock, updating item codes, and adjusting prices in the inventory management system.
- Stock Tracking: Monitoring stock levels and generating alerts for low-inventory items.
- Reconciliation: Assisting with regular stock counts and reconciling physical inventory with system records. - POS & Transaction Management
- System Operation: Setting up, maintaining, and operating Point of Sale (POS) terminals and hardware.
- Order Processing: Entering customer orders, managing billing, and processing payments or refunds.
- Error Handling: Quickly troubleshooting transaction errors or software glitches to minimize store downtime - Hardware & IT Support
- Routine Maintenance: Ensuring peripheral equipment like receipt printers, barcode scanners, and label makers are functioning and supplied with paper/ink.
- Basic Troubleshooting: Resolving minor network, hardware, or software issues on-site before escalating to external IT support. - Administration & Security
- Data Security: Backing up critical store data and ensuring access to sensitive customer/financial information remains secure.
- Communication: Acting as the bridge between store floor staff and the central administrative or IT teams.
Must Have
- SSC Equivalent or Higher
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Perfect in written English
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Previous IT work Experience
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
